How do I become a Preferred Customer? What are the benefits? 

This is a new site so I'll keep it short and expound later.

We've been in business for 10 years.  Over that time we've met many wonderful people.  The people that give us their business generally do so for several reasons.

1. They like us.

2. They trust us.

3. Our Sevice/Price ratio is the best they've found.

4. They desire to establish a long-term 2-way relationship with our business.

We show our appreciation for their business with continued "beyond the norm" levels of service, advice and time (refreshing isn't it?)

Preferred customers get price breaks on equipment, equipment service, trips and they also get more time and attention when they have needs that require our expertise and service.

When I'm on the customer side of the equation with a specialty store (tropical fish, bicycle store, haircut place) I always try to develop this relationship as well.  I particularly seek out owner/operator types of businesses like mine because I know from experience that if anyone is going to care about service, it's going to be them.  I think about this a lot when I'm at Lowe's, Home Depot or Target and can't find anyone to help me...if someone would just take me by the hand and show me what I need and where it is, I think I'd gladly make it worth their while with a few bucks for a tip.

A sagacious customer of mine once said "Price, Quality, Service....pick two." 

Atlantis Scuba isn't the cheapest store in town, but we're not the most expensive either I'll wager.  With lines like Oceanic, Mares,  and Dacor, we've got quality lined up.  Service-wise..Owner/Operator speaks for itself.  Talented and Friendly Owner/Operator....and added bonus!
